Our founder and CEO, Maurice H. Kouffman settled in East Hampton in 1959 and has played a pivotal role in the development of the East End of Long Island, building such landmarks as the East Hampton House Hotel, and the East Hampton Movie Theater.
Phillip D. Kouffman, Vice-President is responsible for personally managing each MKL project and maintains close contact with all clients to assure that their requirements are met on time and on budget.
All MKL Project Managers, craftsmen, and subcontractors are carefully chosen for their outstanding reputation, and have extensive experience in satisfying the needs of the high-end clientele who live or invest in the Hamptons.
